How attribution works
A valid ?ref=YOURCODE link records a privacy-conscious first-party referral for 60 days. The last valid approved affiliate referral wins; a direct visit does not erase it, and invalid codes do not replace it. Once a customer account is known, the referral is associated with that existing Fixstable account.
Pending & review
Commissions remain in the ledger until Fixstable approves them after the configurable hold period.
Refunds & reversals
Refunds adjust or reverse commissions without deleting the accounting record.
Manual payout
V1 never transfers money automatically. Approved payout batches are marked paid by an administrator.
How affiliate access works
New partners apply through the dedicated affiliate application. Existing approved partners use the same Fixstable Customer Access login to open the Affiliate Dashboard. Pending, rejected, and suspended records remain authoritative and cannot be bypassed by revisiting the application or dashboard URL.
