What counts as a fix request?

A fix request covers one specific issue on one website stack, such as a broken form, failed checkout, builder issue, plugin conflict, sync failure, connected workflow issue, API/webhook issue, dashboard issue, or CMS problem.

What counts as a website stack?

A website stack is the website plus the connected tools needed for that website to operate, such as CMS, forms, checkout, plugins, integrations, automations, APIs, analytics, CRM, sheets, email tools, dashboards, or hosting paths.

Not included as standard fix requests

Not unlimited development, full rebuilds, full redesigns, new feature builds, large custom development, emergency hosting monitoring, unrelated business consulting, or multi-site support unless explicitly purchased. Larger work can be reviewed separately.

Update rhythm

Requests are handled through clear updates so the issue keeps moving without long back-and-forth guessing. Start with one focused issue and the details you already know.

Optional SEO add-on

Add +$29 for premium SEO tools, the advanced SEO plugin, and a site audit. SEO remains secondary to the core stack support membership.
